We've had a pretty productive day. Olivia and one of her friends, Ana, made an apple pie with a lattice top...I didn't get a picture of that before Ana took it home.
Tonight Emma made some cupcakes, iced them,added crushed Butterfingers and gummy worms.
She is taking these to share at church tomorrow.
I had a cake order so we were able to share a batch of icing.This icing is made with High Ratio Shortening and it is WONDERFUL!
It has a very light texture, almost like whipping cream.
