We Hate Children
I have had a wonderful morning ironing and cleaning and listening to a couple sermons by one of my favorite preachers.
One of them is We Hate Children
THIS is a FANTASTIC sermon. Probably one of the very best I have ever heard on the topic of children. I urge each of you to take some time and listen to this. I promise you, it will ENCOURAGE you!!!!! Or at least convict you!
Go HERE!
Click on Weekly Sermons, then i-tunes will pop up and click on the sermon We Hate Children, which was preached 10/07/2007
Where will our children hating culture lead us? Beware!

Obama Says He Doesn't Want His Daughters Punished with a Baby
Sad that he considers babies as "punishment". Unfortunately, a great number of Americans feel the same way, or at least they view children as burdens.
After 25-30 years of "giving kids the information" teen pregnancy, murdering unborn babies and STDs are still high. Why? It's NOT a lack of information!

Guilty of a Hate Crime?
Infanticide means to kill babies. HERE is an article that tells where Obama stands on this issue. How can ANYONE vote for someone that not only wants abortion to continue to be legal, but even worse, kill those babies that have been delivered ALIVE after a botched abortion? THAT is what Obama and Clinton are in favor of. Part of the Democratic platform is Pro-choice, which really means PRO DEATH to babies. Who gives those babies a choice?
How can anyone vote for a candidate that is pro-death? Now that all the Pro-Life candidates are gone I am just sick about it! Do we really think God will overlook this hate crime?
Why am I so serious about elections and voting? Because people's lives depend on it and one day I, and everyone else, will have to answer for what we did about it. Can *I* make a difference? I hope so, somewhere along the line. I hope I can influence others... that will influence others... and so on. Part of my prayer (and life purpose) is that my children and grandchildren will grow up and make a POWERFUL impact on our culture for Christ and for what is right. Protecting life is an important enough issue to fight for!

Life
Last week was the 35th anniversary of the Roe vs Wade. What a horrible thing we as a country have let happen. We have sold (killed) our children in the name of material gain and comfort. May God grant us mercy.
A couple of weeks ago I was listening to a radio show and someone called in and said we should not make abortion an "issue" when electing candidates.
The host of the show reminded the caller of our Declaration of Independence! Paraphrased, "Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" These three aspects are listed among the "unalienable rights" of man. It is Governments purpose to PROTECT life."
How true! We will protect the animals, support lazy people, not uphold our own laws, and so on, but as a nation we will not protect the most helpless, most tiny of humans. They are LITERALLY slaughtered, because they are an inconvenience.
And we expect to escape judgment?

My Life for Your's

I give up all my own plans and purposes, all my own desires and hopes,
and accept Thy will for my life.
I give myself, my life, my all, utterly to Thee to be Thine forever.
Fill me and seal me with Thy Holy Spirit.
Use me as Thou wilt.
Send me where Thou wilt.
Work out Thy whole will in my life
at any cost, now and forever.
- Betty Scott Stam,
missionary to China who was martyred with her husband by Communists in 1949
