Remembering The Fourth

Is life so dear, or peace so sweet,
as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery?
Forbid it, Almighty God!
I know not what course others may take;

Let us remember WHY we are able to freely celebrate
our privilege as a sovereign nation.
More so, let us exercise our rights and our DUTY.

Freedom is not free.
