Jeff's Birthday
Jeff turned 43 today. I made him a spice cake, his favorite, with cream cheese icing. I picked a flower from the garden and lemon balm leaves from Olivia's herb garden for garnish.
I also made Buffalo wings for the first time from scratch...it'll be a while before I do THAT again!
I went and picked up my grain order this morning to try to get us back on track with some healthy eating, and then I go and DEEP FRY wings and french fries, and we're eating cake and ice cream. Oh well...tomorrow is a new day! lol ... I do have two loaves of whole wheat bread in the oven though. ;o)
